Vendor Booth Sign Up- Fall Fashion Show 2026

Welcome Vendors!

We’re excited to have you be part of the event!

Booth Locations & Set-Up Times

Booth locations and set-up times will be assigned due to our extremely slow elevator. Please refer to the room layout above and be sure to select a location and set-up time that works best for you.

Booth Details

• Booth size: 8’ x 8’ (space will be tight—please plan accordingly)

• One 8’ table will be provided

• Tablecloths are not included, but may be rented for $20

Power

We are unable to provide electricity to vendor booths.

Bridal Suite/Changing Rooms Use

The bridal suite will be available for trying on clothing. Please note allowing guests to try on items is at your own risk. SBB is not liable for any damages or incidents.

Fashion Show Requirements

• 3 Models/Outfits per Round

• 2 Rounds

• A variety of ages and sizes for models is highly recommended

We don’t just encourage diversity—we want to see it on the runway. Bold, real, and inclusive representation creates a powerful show and connects with every guest in the room. Bring the energy, bring the confidence, and showcase styles that celebrate ALL bodies.

Submission Requirements

Outfit descriptions and owner write-ups are due the night before the show.

Clean-Up Instructions

• Breakdown begins immediately following the fashion show

• All vendors must be fully packed up and out by 8:30 PM

• Please pack up all merchandise, displays, and personal items promptly

• All trash must be removed from your booth space—do not leave items behind

• Tables must be cleared completely

• Be mindful of shared spaces and other vendors while exiting

• Elevator use may take time—please be patient and plan accordingly

Once your booth is purchased, you will receive a follow-up email with full details and a sample write-up.
